The Project Manager for Safe Haven Sussex Low-Medium Support service will be responsible for ensuring that an excellent standard of support is being provided to the residents in the low support service, in-line with Safe Haven Sussex’s Values and Objectives. They will ensure that the Support Staff are well managed and supported to meet their potential and deliver the best service possible.
The Project Manager will work closely under the line-management of the Service Manager, deputising when required and will work collaboratively with all Safe Haven Sussex departments.

Hours
· Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (35 hours per week with 1-hour unpaid break each day)
· On occasion, overtime may be required, e.g., responding to emergency situations.
· Providing on-call support, out of hours on a rota upon successful completion of the probation period. Typical rota will require 6 on-call shifts.
Requirements:
Experience
1 year supporting vulnerable adults.
1 year experience leading, supervising or managing a team.
Experience in a similar or related role, with a good understanding of the sector.

Salary
£29,000-£31,000 Depending on Experience and Qualifications

About the Company:
Safe Haven Sussex CIC Low-Medium Support Service is currently comprised of 26+ houses in Brighton and Hove, housing approximately 130 residents at any given time, with a view to expand. The residents are supported by a team of Support Coordinators, with supplementary support from Safe Haven Sussex's other departments.
