Daily Responsibilities:

The role of the Property Administrator is to work within the Property & Maintenance department to ensure the houses are well maintained. The direct Line Manager is the Property Manager, along with regular communication and support from the Service Manager.

This role is expected to cover the following duties:

  • Organising the maintenance and upkeep of all our properties

  • Updating Risk Assessments

  • Corresponding with all departments within Safe Haven Sussex

  • Liaising with Landlords and Agents

  • Monitoring, and updating relevent records

Requirements:

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office systems (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, Word)

  • Must be a fast learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage complex issues within expected timeframes

  • Experience with property or maintenance management essential

  • Driving Licence desirable

Safe Haven Sussex CIC is a non-profit community interest company that provides accommodation and support for vulnerable adults who were homeless or vulnerably housed. Safe Haven Sussex has 40 houses across the city, ranging from 3-8 bedrooms with shared communal facilities.
