Property Management

At Safe Haven Sussex CIC the core of our mission is the wellbeing of our service users and we understand that a safe, clean, and well-maintained property is one of many elements to help our service users feel empowered and comfortable in the community they are living in. Through upholding high standards of cleanliness and safety, we contribute to a positive living environment that fosters a sense of trust. 

Our commitment to property care extends to our on hand maintenance team carrying out preventative maintenance, prompt repairs, and regular inspections. Inspections carried out include monthly alarm testing and 6 monthly Health and Safety Inspections conducted by our Property Manager. In addition to daily welfare checks by the support team. By proactively addressing issues, we aim to provide landlords with peace of mind while ensuring the safety of our service users. 


All our properties are rented from private landlords or managing agents. Due to the increasing demand for Supported Accommodation in Brighton & Hove we are continuously looking for more properties.

We are also always on the lookout for studio's and 1 bed flats for residents who are ready to move out of our accommodation to live independently.
